We stand behind the quality of our custom printed products. While most custom items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature, we guarantee the quality of our work and will make things right if there's an issue with your order.

When We Accept Returns
Manufacturing Defects
Items with printing errors, defective materials, or quality issues that don't meet our standards.
Our Error
Wrong item shipped, incorrect design printed, or significant deviation from your approved proof.
Damaged in Transit
Items that arrive damaged due to shipping issues or packaging problems.
Size Exchange
Wrong size ordered? We may be able to exchange for the correct size (additional printing charges may apply).
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Minor color variations due to monitor differences
- Design errors in customer-provided artwork
- Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Rush orders (unless defective)
- Custom orders over $500 (unless defective)
Return Process & Timeline
Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at returns@printmatica.com or call (555) 123-PRINT within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number if approved. We'll also send return shipping instructions.
Ship Items Back
Package items securely and ship using the provided return label. Items must be in original condition unless defective.
Resolution
We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the items and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
