How do I create a design?

Our design studio makes it easy to create custom prints:

1. Choose a product from our catalog
2. Click "Customize" to open the design studio
3. Add text, images, or shapes to your design
4. Use different views (front, back, left, right) for complete designs
5. Preview your design and place your order

What image formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution images (300 DPI or higher). Our AI background removal tool works great with PNG files.

How does the AI background removal work?

Our AI-powered background removal tool automatically detects and removes backgrounds from your images. Simply upload an image and click the "Remove Background" button - it's processed entirely on your device for privacy and speed.

What print methods do you offer?

We offer several professional print methods:

• Screen Printing: Best for large quantities, vibrant colors
• DTF (Direct-to-Film): Great for detailed designs, all fabric types
• Embroidery: Premium look for logos and text
• Vinyl: Perfect for names, numbers, and simple designs
• Sublimation: Full-color designs on polyester items

What's your minimum order quantity?

We don't have a minimum order quantity! You can order as few as 1 item or as many as you need. Volume discounts are automatically applied for orders of 25+, 50+, and 100+ items.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 3-5 business days after design approval. Rush production (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping time is separate and depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Volume discounts are automatically applied:

• 25-49 items: 5% discount
• 50-99 items: 10% discount
• 100+ items: 15% discount

Can I see a proof before production?

Our design studio provides real-time previews on actual garment mockups. For large or complex orders, we can provide additional proofs upon request before production begins.

What are your shipping options?

We offer several shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.99
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Can I return custom printed items?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns unless there's a defect or error on our part. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to either replace the item or provide a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned for the future - please check back for updates.
